Looking back at the photos I took at Stonehenge, the one of this stone always grabs my attention. Maybe because it’s separated by several feet from the main stone circle and seems to be keeping watch over the others or maybe because of its shape — it looks like a large animal — I’m not sure. I look for clues and see body parts where there’s only stone.
Wow! I never would’ve known this was part of Stonehenge. I love learning new things everyday from others. If I had been there, this would’ve also caught my attention. Its rogue stray rebelling against the others.
It looks like a moray eel to me.

I’ve heard that morays have a lot of character and individual personalities.
When I look at it, it sometimes seems like it has a face staring back… an old keep watch of sorts. Fascinating. 🙂
Phew… glad I’m finally catching up on posts I missed… I’ve been battling pneumonia and household changes as my children go off to college; I am grateful for God’s grace and the love/support in my life. 🙂
It looks like a dolphin coming out of the water.
Oh yeah, you’re so right.
Wow, Elizabeth, you’ve had a bit on your plate. I’m glad you were able to keep posting and remaining upbeat and positive. You are surrounded by a lot of love. Sending you more, NOW. Feel it?
Wow, interesting. I see what you mean.
Isn’t nature fascinating?
I like that description: the rogue stray rebelling against the others.
And so close to the road, just like a naughty little kid.
Yes, isn’t it? You’re so right, Narelle!
